What are the park's opening hours?
You can check the park's opening hours here.

Do I need to book my visit?
It is not necessary to reserve your visit. You can use your tickets on an opening day of your choice within the validity period of your ticket, without reservation. Date tickets purchased online are only valid on the date indicated on the ticket.

Where can I consult the park regulations?
You can consult the park regulations here. It is also available for consultation in the reception area at the park entrance.

What dress code applies?
Plopsa asks its visitors to wear appropriate (outer) clothing for reasons of hygiene, safety and respect for the children and other visitors.

What is the address of the park?
Plopsa Indoor Hasselt is located at Gouverneur Verwilghensingel 70 in 3500 Hasselt, Belgium. In your navigation device, it's best to set Trichterheideweg, which is the address of Park H's car park.

Which route should I follow by car or bus to get to the park?
From the Netherlands:

  • E19 Breda-Antwerpen
  • Follow the itinerary ‘From Antwerp’

From Ghent:

  • E17 Gent-Antwerpen
  • Follow the itinerary ‘From Antwerp’

From Brussels:

  • E40 Brussel-Luik, Exit ‘Leuven’, take the E314 direction Hasselt
  • In Lummen you take the E313 direction Hasselt
  • Follow the itinerary ‘From Antwerp’

From Antwerp:

  • E313 Hasselt-Luik
  • Exit 29: Hasselt-Oost/Tongeren
  • You’ll get on the ring road round Hasselt. Now follow the signposts for ‘Park H/Grenslandhallen’. Plopsa Indoor Hasselt is part of Park H.

Can I get to the park by train?
By train, you track up to Hasselt station. There you can take bus 44/45 towards Maasmechelen to the stop ‘Hasselt Provinciehuis’. From there, walk 5 minutes to Plopsa Indoor Hasselt.

Are cheap combined tickets for the park and the train available?
Thanks to SNCB's Discovery Ticket, you enjoy 50% discount on the train journey in 2de class there and back to and from De Panne. Follow the steps below to make use of this advantage:

  1. Buy an e-ticket for Plopsa Indoor Hasselt online via the webshop

As a Plopsa pass holder, can I buy a cheap train ticket to the park?
As a Plopsa subscriber, you can travel to Plopsa Indoor Hasselt by train at half price. You will find your personal SNCB promo codes entitling you to 50% discount on your train journey in your profile. Then surf to the SNCB website and enter your personal code from your profile when booking your train journey to redeem your discount.

Are the attractions safe?
Plopsa aims for maximum safety for its visitors and pays the utmost attention to this. All attractions are checked and tested daily by the park's technical department. Moreover, the attractions meet the strict standards prescribed by Belgian law and/or the TUV and checked by an external body.

Can I bring my pet into the park?
For hygiene and safety reasons, animals are not allowed in Plopsa Indoor Hasselt, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind. Do not leave pets unattended in the car. We always inform the emergency services who will, if necessary, free the animal by opening a window.
